The Pyrojin biomass agricultural shredder crushes agricultural and forestry waste - acai berries, straw, corn cobs and other fibrous materials - into uniform 10-30 mm particles using dual-shaft shearing. A low-speed, high-torque double-shaft linkage handles high-fibre, easily entangling and moisture-absorbing biomass, while moisture-tolerant rollers, an adjustable screen and hydraulic forced feeding keep it running without jamming. It processes 2-5 tonnes per hour of dry biomass for pellet fuel, compost fermentation and biochar preparation.

How a Biomass Agricultural Shredder Works

  1. Wet or dry biomass is pressed into the crushing chamber by a hydraulic forced-feeding system that auto-adjusts pressing strength for even, continuous feed.
  2. A low-speed, high-torque double-axis shearing system tears the high-fibre material into particles.
  3. Corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, anti-humidification rollers cope with high-moisture or undried feedstock without blocking.
  4. A replaceable screen controls output particle size precisely at 10-30 mm for fuel or fermentation requirements.
  5. The shredded material is ready for biomass pellet production, compost fermentation or biochar preparation.
