It can quickly crush waste plastics into uniform particles of 5-20mm, which is convenient for subsequent cleaning, granulation, or recycling. Its compact structure and environmental performance make it particularly suitable for various application scenarios such as urban renewable resource processing centers, plastic recycling stations, sorting centers, and industrial parks.
High-torque rotary shear knife group
The crushing system adopts a low-speed and high-torque design, equipped with multi-tooth alloy wear-resistant knives, which can easily handle rigid and flexible plastics such as films, bottle embryos, pipes, hollow containers, etc., with stable operation and high cutting efficiency.
Intelligent separation and anti-pollution system
The built-in foreign material sorting and impurity isolation structure effectively avoids the interference of different materials, labels, and metal debris on the equipment, improves the purity of the output, and reduces the risk of wear.
