Multi-stage distillation, high recovery rate
The multi-stage distillation tower structure is adopted to separate light and heavy components through precise temperature control, so as to achieve a base oil recovery rate of up to 80-85%.
Atmospheric and vacuum synergy, lower heat loss
The atmospheric section initially removes light impurities, and the vacuum section low-temperature fractionates the main components under negative pressure to avoid high-temperature cracking, extend the life of the equipment, and ensure the quality of the base oil.
Low-temperature catalytic cracking technology
The catalyst system is introduced to effectively destroy the molecular chain structure of impurities, improve the oil yield and purification degree, and reduce the residual harmful elements such as sulfur and chlorine.
Through PLC intelligent control, real-time adjustment and monitoring of temperature, pressure, liquid level, etc. are realized, which makes the operation safer, the production line smarter, and supports remote control and data recording.
The by-product combustible gas can be used for heating devices after separation, saving about 30%-40% of fuel costs; the tail gas is discharged after being treated by condensation and purification devices, which meet the CE environmental protection standards.

The quality of distillate diesel depends on the type of vehicle being used. It can typically be mixed with normal diesel at a ratio of 10%-20% for use in cars and trucks.

Usually, it takes in 60 days for manufacturing and the delivery depends on the port of arrival. Our port of departure is Lianyungang Port by default and customers can also designate the departure port.

Our warranty period is about 1 year which is also negotiable. We will provide the replacement parts, maintenance support, and instructions for use for workers. We have engineers for on-site installation support. Our engineer can arrive at your factory at any time after installation. It does not have a limitation of time.
